I think we as black people are taught to mask our feelings to make normal comfortable, however we will sit 8 hours a day being uncomfortable; But, the moment normal is uncomfortable, you know, we are accused of being to sensitive or to militant or to angry and by accepting that I think that we deny our authentic self to exist in the workplace.
